Our Policy
Since all products are custom-made and printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
When We’ll Help
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
– The item arrived damaged or defective
– You received the wrong item
– There is a print quality issue
How to Request a Return
1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
3. We’ll review your request within 2 business days
4. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund
Refund Process
– Refunds are issued to your original payment method
– Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
